A villa for August
A family of eight, two generations, friends expected every weekend. The villa is chosen for its ground-floor bedrooms and a pool out of sight. A chef prepares lunch, a nanny looks after the youngest, the boat is booked for Saturdays. Guests’ arrivals are coordinated from the airport. The house runs; nobody has to run it.

Have you visited the houses you propose?
We favour the ones we know. When we haven’t, we say so, and have the property checked before recommending it.
Can I rent for less than a week?
It depends on the season and the owner. In high season, most villas let by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
Is staff included?
Sometimes, often partly. We complete the team as you need: chef, butler, driver, security.
How do deposits and inventories work?
Terms depend on the owner; we present them before you commit and attend the check-in and check-out inventories.
Can you arrange a longer stay?
Yes: multi-month leases, furnishing, schooling, practicalities — together with our lifestyle management service.
